We strive to ship your order as quickly and gently as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 working days and deliveries take place during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow for 1-3 business days for X press shipping and up to 7 business days for Expedited Shipping. We do our best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Due to COVID 19, parcel delays beyond our control are anticipated for the foreseeable future.
Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number to follow your package.
If you would like to pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Toronto, please select “pick up in person” at check out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
We use Canada Post as we find it is the most reliable and efficient at this point for our products. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
US and International shipping:
Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item and are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on the destination, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. førs will not be held responsible for any additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees incurred in your country. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund.
For international shipping inquiries, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that there is a $200 minimum order on international orders.
We hope you love your førs products. If this is not the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. Items need to be returned to us promptly within 10 days of delivery, undamaged and unused. førs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy and are not up to saleable quality.
No refunds on Sale Merchandise.
If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery and kindly provide a picture of the item and its packaging. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return request. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund for your account.
Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the exchange.
Original shipping fees on returns or exchanges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns for refund are subject to a 10% handling fee. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
Please note that we are unable to handle returns or exchanges on international transactions. All international sales are final.
